Start of Summer - Pics n other bits

So this first month off has been pretty hectic. I've had my birthday; which lasted about 2 weeks (including hangover & recovery time), the UCA private exhibition , which also included more alcohol and lots of working and gym sessions.
I find it so difficult to find a routine during summer that is easy going yet also organised...It sounds stupid that I have a routine for my time off, but seriously, without one I would be lazy and slothish which is shit because you always forget how quick summer goes. And this year, I aim to pack in as many exciting things as possible.

It's a shame that a busy day to day means that I become forgetful with stuff like blogging. But I will try my best to blog as much as possible..Nevertheless here I am, with my first post of the summer.

Pay day was a lovely day for me this month as I received slightly more than expecting, which is alllllways a good thing. However I've had quite a lot to pay for /buy, including bestival tickets, birthday owings to mum and general boring shit that most people have to pay for (80% of that being food)... I have luckily had a little bitt'a dollar to spare, so I thought why not treat myself to a good ol' needed root touch up and a camera - the perfect summer treat / necessity.

£69.99 VERY well spent on the cutest polaroid evaaaaaa. (It's pink, obviously...which also add's to the cuteness).
With only a small budget and a great love for pictures you can actually hold and touch, I thought a polaroid would be ideal. It's not some ridiculous £500 camera with all sorts of settings that I would never understand ..(nor would I be bothered to learn to understand!) All I need to know is how to turn it on, change the brightness and shoot. Voila. Simple as.

If you're not a photography expert like me, and you love the sentimental feel from a old style photo you can hold, then a polaroid would be perfect for you. And most importantly, it's instant!! Which is great for the impatient photo lovers too.

Below are some pictures I took of the bubble style camera and some snaps I took with it over the last week on a few different occasions.

.....Just been browsing through pictures on my phone and found a few from yesterday that I took of my bedroom. Thought I would share them to you on here, just to bulk out this post :):)
Also, it's clean... for once.

Will be back again soon with some outfit updates and hopefully a GFW review as I am yet to see the collections and watch the videos.

Hope you're all enjoying your summer just as much as meeee. x
