Holiday to Morocco

My holiday to Morocco... Despite the significant annoyance of hassling traders and the interestingly shaped, painful sunburns, oh and the odd stomach cramp - It was a 10/10 trip and I am missing it soooo much.

As mum and I hadn't been on a holiday in nearly 8 years, it was a lovely getaway for both of us and gave us a perfect chance to relax, eat, drink, explore and eat and drink even more, together. We went for a week which was just enough time to cram in a day trip to Marrakesh, a camel ride, a few stroles down the local beach and markets, and of course lots of time sweating and tanning (and burning) our arses off down by the poolside.

I thought I'd share with you the pictures I managed to take during the week of our exciting time in Agadir  :):):)

Above are a few photos of hotel exterior and our incredddibbbllleeeee balcony views. If you're envious of the sights you're seeing and fancy a trip here yourself then go on to the Thompson website and look up the Riu Tikida Beach Hotel. This was where we stayed and everything about it was perfect and is definitely somewhere I'd like to stay again!

Below are a group of snaps I took on the Saturday, which was when we took a trip to Marrakech. It was a tiring 13 hour day in the scorching sun but was an incredible and interesting experience.

These guys were worth a photo ... good effort with the outfits !

The Markets
Catchin' some rays by the pool with the Henna I got during my time in Marrakech. I was told it would last a month but rubbed off a few days after .. looked nice at the time ...

Above are the last couple'a photos that were taken on our last day while camel riding. There were incredibly cute and worth a sore bum from the ride..These good looking animals sure know how to pose for the camera as you can see.

Will be back with a post on my lovely Moroccan kaftan that I Managed to haggle for in the markets. Hope you're all having an exciting summer or going anywhere nice on holzzz :):)
